Beat the Snooze: How to Wake Up on the First Try

The snooze button is your productivity’s worst enemy. Train your brain by setting your alarm for the actual wake time no buffer. Place it far from your bed and stand up as soon as it rings. Use a consistent wake time, even on weekends, to regulate your circadian rhythm. Build a reason to rise: a goal, a reward, or a ritual you look forward to. Small wins start with that first step.
